Tasting notes The aroma has hints of caramel, honey, brown sugar, and dried fruit. Layers of vanilla, butterscotch, maple syrup, dark fruits, and nutmeg are found on the palette. A long-lasting finish with a balance of sweetness and spice.

This product has a great taste and the packaging and labeling were high quality. I know Mrs. Bishop is so proud of her family. I'm proud to know them.

Love the liquid and the story just makes it that much better

I tried this bourbon neat and in an Old Fashioned. Both were very well received. Next up will be a Paper Plane.

The spirit itself is gorgeous. It’s very smooth and has the perfect balance of sweetness and spice.

I like to imagine that might describe the women who inspired it.

• 70% Founder’s Select Bourbon
• 20% Rye Whiskey
• 10% Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

These whiskeys are distilled in Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee, then aged and bottled in Kentucky. The blend is aged in 53-gallon white American oak barrels with a char level of 3, resulting in a robust 115 proof (57.5% ABV) whiskey.
